OC Golf Classic Raises Money for CHOC Children’s

On December 7th, the Barney & Barney Foundation hosted its 4th Annual Orange County Golf Classic at Dove Canyon Country Club. Golfers from across Southern California came out to support and raise money for CHOC Children’s Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and were in turn treated to a beautiful day on the course, stylish new Travis Mathew threads, lunch catered by In N Out and plenty of fun provided by our generous corporate sponsors. The proceeds from golf registrations, silent auction and sponsorships will be used to expand the level of care and service for NICU babies and their families through the implementation of new technologies. CHOC operates one of the nation’s most highly regarded NICUs and provides tertiary and quaternary care to premature infants and babies born with a variety of serious conditions requiring specialized care.

Since its inception in 2009, the Barney & Barney Foundation has awarded over $1.7 million in charitable grants, $245,000 of which has been raised specifically for CHOC. Click here for the press release.

Thank you to all of our sponsors, players and volunteers for helping to make this fundraising effort a success and supporting the mission of the Barney & Barney Foundation.
